2023 Competition
On Ice Management Limited:
We are a Toronto based marketing events company and over the past decades we have been involved with a number of sporting and special events / projects. Atlantic Slam is a property owned by On Ice Entertainment. In the sporting world we have worked with the NHL teams, NBA teams, LaLiga, the Championship teams MLS Teams and with international soccer teams, staging preseason and exhibition games as well as training camp events. Most recently we were able to work with the Cities of Regina, Moncton and Charlottetown in staging International soccer events. Prior to that we sat as a member of the Board for the NHL Heritage Classic in Regina and also worked with teams from the NFL. In the hockey world we have worked with teams in the NHL, AHL and Major Junior including but not limited to, the New York Islanders, Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets, Carolina Hurricanes, Buffalo Sabres and Chicago Blackhawks.

Competition Director: Jeff Dunlap

We met Jeff Dunlap while working and establishing the St John’s Edge. Dunlap was introduced to Atlantic Canada while serving as the Head Coach and General Manager of the St. John's Edge of the National Basketball League of Canada. During his year with St. John’s Edge, he was awarded executive of the year by the NBL.
Jeff is an accomplished veteran of the courts, coaching in the Atlantic Coast Conference (North Carolina State University). He went to two Sweet Sixteens and 4 NCAA tournaments in 6 years at NCSU. Overall, he has been to 7 tournaments. During his 35 year career, he has coached both in the men's and women’s college basketball ranks, Division 2 basketball, junior college and high school basketball. Stops included College of the Canyons and Fullerton College, Quincy University, Loyola Chicago, Cal State Fullerton, Western Michigan, University of Alabama, University of Georgia, North Carolina State and Cal State Northridge. He has also served as the Director of Basketball Operations at both Alabama and NCSU.

Prior to his coaching career, Dunlap was a three-year letter winner at UCLA from 1983-86 as he played for Larry Farmer and Walt Hazzard. Dunlap helped the Bruins win the 1985 NIT Championship and he was the recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award in 1986.
